  • Lower Thermal Conductivity:

    Moisture present in roof tiles speeds up the heat transfer from inside the building through the roof to outside. However, RSL@Renotec roof coating has unique properties helping to create dry roof tiles, slowing down heat movement, therefore helping to keep fuel bills and energy consumption down.

  • Lower U-Values

    By slowing down heat transfer RSL@Renotec roof coating will drop a building’s U-Value, reducing the amount of energy required to heat the building reducing energy bills in the process. The application of RSL@Renotec will create a dry roof tile and slow down heat transfer from inside to out.

  • Water Resistancy

    RSL@Renotec roof coating is an easy 2 coat application which will prevent water ingress and create a beading effect on the roof tile. Water will run off the surface and will not be absorbed.

  • Hydrophobicity

    RSL@Renotec has a low volume permeability to give a waterproof surface and it’s high water vapour diffusion allows moisture to ‘breathe out’, therefore creating dry roof tiles. Dry roof tiles are much more thermally efficient, keeping heat in which reduces thermal conductivity by up to 58%, saving energy and money in the process
